Interested in hosting a Nina Nguyen Trunk Show? This page contains all you need to get started with Nina Nguyen Trunk Shows. After reading this information, you can continue to the Trunk Show Request form. We can also accept your completed registration form by fax, email and regular mail. Once we receive your registration form, we will be in touch about scheduling, shipping and getting the right trunk show package to you.
We recommend creating a Nina Nguyen “zone” within your shop to highlight all of your Nina Nguyen products. Please see our Trunk Show Request form to request support materials such as signage and kit materials. To be eligible for a Nina Nguyen trunk show, we require that you carry the Nina Nguyen Designs line and that you are currently an active buyer. Accounts that have not ordered with us within the last twelve months are considered in-active and a re-order of our minimum is required to bring your account back to active status.

Nina Nguyen Personal Appearance
Nina Nguyen’s billable time outside of designing and producing jewelry in her Boulder studio is $1000 USD per day (5 hours) for trunk shows, personal appearance or events. This is in addition to all travel related expenses.
Host is expected to cover all expenses related to travel to, during and from an event. Such expenses can include shipment of goods to event location, flights and other transportation such as car services, lodging, meals, airport fees (such as claimed baggage fees), tips, gasoline, mileage, and any other reasonable expense specifically related to the travel.
A deposit of 50% (not including expenses related to travel) is required 30 days prior to travel. The remaining balance will be billed within five business days after return. The remaining balance will also include the expenses related to travel.
Please be advised that personal appearance dates are often booked well in advance.
