What is your minimum opening order?
We offer several options for an opening order:

Basic Package (3-4ft showcase) $5,000 - one metal option, Gold or Silver.   Pagoda and Bamboo Collections.
Basic Package (4-5ft showcase) $7,500 - two metal options, Gold & Silver.   Bamboo and Lotus Collections to choose from.
Deluxe Package (5-6 ft showcase) $10,000 - two metal options, Gold & Silver. Pagoda, Bamboo and Lotus Collections to choose from.

Premiere Package (6-8 ft showcase) $12,000 - choose from any combination of metals or collections.
 
What is the lead time for orders?
New account package delivery time is 3-4 weeks.  Re-order is 1-2 weeks.
 
Do you have a minimum on reorders?
To better serve our customers and for faster delivery, we do not require a minimum re-order.

Do you offer stock balancing?

Yes, we offer stock balancing at a 3:1 ratio.

What is your plating process?
Our four step plating process onto our .925 Silver base includes layers of Rhodium, Palladium, .925 Matte Silver OR 22k Gold, and is finished with Anti-tarnish.

Professional or independently wealthy women in their 30s-50s with a sense of fashionable style who are seeking to make a bold yet elegant statement in how they attire.
 
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, or secured COD.  Terms are for pre-approved accounts only.  If paying by credit card, all information must be obtained prior to the start of production.  A pre-authorization charge of 25% of the total order is required before any new order can be processed. The balance will not be charged to the card until the order is ready for shipment.
 
What is the sizing on your rings?

Our deluxe ring stretcher easily enlarges our rings. This six-leaf mandrel expands to enlarge rings up to one size larger without damaging the plating.  Our rings were specially made with this in mind.  
 
What kind of maintenance does Nina Nguyen jewelry require?

Though all of our pieces have a layer of anti-tarnish, the silver and gold jewelry should be maintained with care.  Take care of your gold and silver jewelry by making sure it is never exposed to household cleaners or any other abrasive or corrosive substances.  This will ensure the precious metal does not dull or discolor.  For storage, we recommend keeping the box or pouch your jewelry came in so it may be stored without knocking or rubbing against other jewelry.  This prevents scratching and tarnishing.  It also prevents gemstones from knocking loose and chipping other gemstones.
