Pick-Box Program

Need inventory?  We offer a pick box program to our select customers.



Here is how it works: You tell us your price point, collection preference and budget. Our account representatives or Nina herself will hand pick some of our top sellers and send it to you. We always send enough products to meet double the amount of your budget, as you will not likely keep everything.

Payment: We require a 50% deposit when shipping your pick box. The deposit will adjust accordingly once we receive our merchandise back from you.  (I.e. you will receive a credit if the amount kept is less than your deposit OR you will be charged any balance above the deposit)

Returning: Once you receive our pick box you have 3 days to review and send anything you do not want to keep back to us. A UPS return label is always provided for your convenience.

Benefit: Save time ordering. You do not have to wait for 4-6 weeks of production time. Get to see so much more of our new designs that are not online or in our catalog. Select our product in your own time and convenience.



Below are our guidelines for pick-boxes.  As always, if you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.  We are happy to serve you!

 

SELECTING and ORDERING:

· Two copies of the Sales Order are provided for your convenience

· You may select and keep for purchase any item in the pick box.  The price for the item is on the Sales Order.  Please go through the Sales Order and mark any item you keep and return the copy to us with any remaining items

· If you wish to order more quantity or other items, simply contact us and we will help you with your order

· Once we receive the returned items and your Sales Order we will issue an invoice for your records

 

PAYMENT:

A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the pick box has been charged to your credit card. The deposit will be:

·    applied to your order, or

·    refunded in full if the entire contents of the pick box are returned in original condition within 2 business days, or

·    partially refunded if the pick-box is returned after the allotted time frame

 

RETURNING:

· A UPS return label is provided for your convenience

· Items must be in original condition, in original packaging, with tags in place

· Pick-Box must be returned within 2 business days

· Pick-Boxes returned after the allotted time frame will be subject to a restocking fee

· After 3 business days a 10% restocking fee will be charged

· After 10 business days a 20% restocking fee will be charged

· After 15 business days a 30% restocking fee will be charged

 

Pick-Boxes not returned within 15 business days will be charged the full amount of the Pick-Box.
